What topics are covered in CRAMbridge modules?

Our modules cover the complete range of pharma and biotech operations including R&D, QC/QA, regulatory compliance, clinical testing, marketing, and post-sales analytics.


Who should use these modules?

New employees who need to be brought up-to-speed on industry standards and protocols should use our modules. They can also be used by existing team members who are looking to fill gaps in expertise. Our modules are also a great way to prepare your entire team in clearing audits or other regulatory hurdles.


Does CRAMbridge have stock modules, or are they prepared on demand?

We do both. We have a library of stock modules available for purchase off-the- shelf. We also work with individual teams to put together modules on-demand based on unique requirements.


What is the deliverable (format of modules)?

Our modules are prepared using the most advanced software in e-learning. If your organization has an in-house Learning Management System (LMS) we publish modules in formats such as Tin Can API, SCORM 2004, SCORM 1.2, and AICC.

If you do not have an in-house LMS, our courses are administered on cloud-based LMS platforms, where you can maintain individual team-member records.

What if the client doesn’t have an in-house LMS?

Our courses are also available via cloud-based LMS platforms. These make it easy and cost-effective to administer CRAMbridge modules, score and keep records on all your employees.


What is the pricing per module?

For clients with an in-house LMS, this depends on whether you are ordering a module already in our library or if you need something made from scratch. Most off-the- shelf modules are available (with minimal customization) for under $1500 per module, not including taxes. Custom modules will be priced based on their complexity.

For clients without an in-house LMS, our service is given on a subscription basis on cloud-based LMS platforms. Subscription charges per employee work out to be very affordable, without the cost of installing, and maintaining an in-house LMS.


What is CRAMbridge policy on licensing/distribution?

Clients purchasing our modules for use on their in-house LMS, are free to use them without restrictions across the client organization, with any number of users. Distribution or copying the modules to systems outside the organization is prohibited.

Our cloud-based LMS content is administered on a “per-subscriber” basis. You add a new user for each new employee.


How do clients pay for modules?

Clients purchasing our modules for use on their in-house LMS, can make a bank transfer to our US or Indian bank account. Alternately, you may send us a physical cheque to our mailing address. We usually release modules after receiving a purchase order, but before receiving payment.

Clients on our cloud-based LMS subscription plan will be charged on a recurring basis every month based on the number of users.


How long will CRAMbridge support the modules?

We will provide complete support including minor changes (such as additions, corrections, version changes) for a period of one year. Major changes would be charged on a case-by-case basis with advance client approval.


Are there other narration voices and accents?

Yes, we can work with you to choose the voices that best meet your requirements.
